Do guys still have semen come out?

When guys get their “tubes tied” (Hahaha thats not what its called but I can’t remember the name right now) when they have an orgasm does semen still come out or does just…nothing happen? Just wondering, I think about these things. I’m still a virgin but I can be curious lol.

Answer #4

Yes, semen still comes out, but without sperm cells. No visible difference at all.

A vasectomy put simply, cuts off the path of the sperm to the semen. So no live sperm are present in the ejaculate (semen). One caution though: After a vasectomy, there may still be viable sperm in the semen for a time. Inside the male body, the average life span of a mature sperm cell is between four to six days. Any remaining sperm that has already made its way to the semen that has not died off or been purged by ejaculation may result in a pregnancy, and all sperm cells are unlikely to be purged with the first ejaculation after the procedure. It would be wise to continue to use condoms for a few weeks, just to be safe.
