get ris of norton and goto www.free.avg.com and download the free verson of avg and that should get rid of the virus.

I would call your Norton;s customer service and tell them the situation. my service actually got into my computer thru his computer via the internet.

he found everything and deleted them.

omg norton is junk get rid of it. Download avast home edition and Avg Anti-Spyware (or instead of avg anti spyware you can download ad aware both work good). I only use windows firewall and avast and I haven’t gotten any attacks worms viruses etc.

I had the same problem, I got my friend’s brother to reboot the computer. I suggest putting all your files on to a USB or portable hardrive just in case, so you don’t lose them. Do you know anyone that could reboot your system? If it really gets out of hand, maybe call a computer technician. Just make sure you have your files on a backup USB or something because you wouldn’t want to lose everything.
