I am travelling to Spain next week and I was hoping to brush my teeth on the flight. I hear that it might still be banned to take my toothpaste on the plane. Should I take the risk and bring it for the sake of dental hygiene? Or should I leave it and suffer morning breath knowing with comfort that my toothpaste won't be used to blow up the plane?
You should check with your airline, and check close to your departure date because they change the rules often. They allowed electronics only a couple of days after they banned them, but I think liquids are still a problem. Where are you flying from? USA? British Airways gives you toothpaste and a toothbrush on transatlantic flights. I'm not sure about other airlines, maybe they do too, so you won't need your own.
Was it banned? Ok when I went to spain a couple of months ago I was allowed so you probably will too, just put the toothpaste thing in a seethrough bag and that should be fine. Check on your airlines website to doublecheck though. If you can't I'd just buy one at the airport when you get there or something. Have a nice time in Spain. :)
