Can I move out at age 17?

Can I move out at age 17? Well my parents seem to argue a lot with me and my mom pays more attention and respect to my older brother. And im tired of feeling left out.

Answer #1

I don’t think so.Sorry, you are going have to wait.Tell your parents how you feel.

Answer #2

That depends on where you live.

Laws vary from state to state and between countries, so you’re going to have to find out what laws apply to you.

Answer #3

You’re in Texas?

You canleave at the age of 17 in Texas, but there is a process you have to follow or your parents can request you be returned home.

You need to file for Removal of Disabilities of Minority…it can be a long, tiring process, and you’re probably better off just waiting until you’re 18 so you can leave without any hassle.

Answer #4

basicly you can leave when ever you want , { if thats truely what you want } the laws are diff everywhere but truth is they dont look to hard to find runaways

though be sure your not jumping from the frypan in to the fire
