Your period kinda just comes when it wants,there is really no specific age on when it will come. I would just say from between the ages 13-16 I would hope you have it if not don’t freak I know some people that didn’t start till late into being 17. and hunny if you have not yet started your period,you can not get pregnant by any means. and I would hope at the age of 13 you wouldn’t be considering that choice anyhow. hope this helps you out. :D

Yes you can still get pregnant, because you could be about to get your first period any day. Your period happens AFTER an egg is NOT fertilized and so the body disposes of what it was getting ready to grow a fertilized egg in. So an egg could be waiting right now especially since you are so close to having your first period. And remember that sperm can survive in your body a long time so in the future do not think that any particular time of the month is “safe” for not getting pregnant. There’s an old joke that says “Do you know what they call people who use the rhythm method for birtth control? Answer” Parents!!” And to your other question, yes it is very normal that you may not have your period yet. I got my first one at almost 15 and ended up blossoming into a hottie and stayed thinner than most other women. You are sooo normal. Use good protection when it’s time though okay?
