Can I get over my breakup

can someone help me on how to get over the breakup that I had. I am about to lose my mind he is married now but I dont know how to forget him and continue my life. when I wake up in the morning my whole body is shaking I feel like I lost everything in my life why should I go to college, work and some other stuff. I shared it with my family they dont understand me I dont know what to do. I think the easiest way is to just suicide but it is a sin I will never be in rest but I dont know what to do it is taking me from doing anyting in my life.

Well suicide is often a cowards way out of tough situations. And sorry if I’m coming off a little strong with that statement, but you really need to just move on. I know it’s tough, but if you really want to experience life to it’s fullest then you need to stop dwelling on the past.
