What is a site that can animate a story?

I need to know if there are any websites that can animate my story I am making, I have the characters all drawn out and everything looks great, I have everything I need, but I just want to see it animated. Anyone got an idea for a site?

Well a couple of my friends are part of this site. I believe its called devineart.com I mean look up on google and just type in what I put and it’ll show some corrections in my spelling and lead u to a link where u will be most assisted with your work.
