Can anyone bother to clue me in?

I need SERIOUS help /:. As many may know I like this one guy a huge heck of it. The problem is that “he knows” I like him but he said he only wanted to be friends.Our “FRIENDSHIP” consists of nothing but staring at each other,and running away(great friendship huh?) and what I dont understand is.. I do TRY to be friends but when I speak to him he seems, nervous/shy only when he talks to ME(im not kidding!) He likes hugging other girls in front of me to make me mad and to the point where he made one of his best friends(girl of course) fall in love with him and HATE me.My friends have told him if he likes me and he says no fidgeting.If he likes me only as a freaken “friend” like he says.. why so much DRAMA!! is he expecting ME to make the first move or what? and if you think he is.. should I make the first move? im really scared of him rejecting me.. help! thanks!

I agree with ^^^ he sounds like he doesn’t want to admit it… and he also sounds like a drama queen. and when you say he seems shy/nervous around you, that tells me that he sounds like he doesn’t want to slip up and make himself look like an jack@ss. tell him that if your gonna stay friends then you want your friendship to consist of more than what it is now. just asking but why don’t you give him a quick kiss? to start everything off telling him you like him? an idea maybe?

it sounds to me like he knows you like him a lot & he figures no matter how much of a jekk he can be, you are still gonna be there wanting him. but at the same time it seems like he likes you a whole heckk of a lot too, he’s just not ready to admit it. if you’re ready for this kid to get over himself & just be with you, make the first move. you’ll never know if he will reject you or not till you go for it. (: & if he does, his lost. & tell him you still want to be friends; just without the drama.
