Can a lawyer please help us ?

I need to know if we have visitation rights with our cousins , I have 2 cousins who were taken by social services 4-5 years ago , but before they were , my mom and I pratically raised them while their parents were out doing whatever , when they were taken by social services , they were put into the care of my aunt’s grandma , but my aunt’s grandmother gave them to my aunt’s sister , my aunt’s sister refuses to let us see them or mail things to them so we could remember them , and a little while ago they came to where I am from misissippi ( I know I spelled that wrong I’m sorry ) I couldn’t even tell them I was their cousin , but my question is : does my family have any kind of visitation rights ?

Hi,

By default, I don’t think the family does have any rights, unless you fight for them. Contacting a real lawyer would be your best option.
