its ILLEGAL and a 13 year old CHILD getting a tattoo is extreemly illegal tattooists who tattoo illegally and underage kids can be sued, and even end up going to jail theres also a reason why you need to be at least 18 because a 13 year old kid and a 15 year old kid doesnt know what they want on them for the rest of there life and there personal beleifs and opinions change all the time which is why a lot of stupi kids went out getting the most regreetted tattoos there are peoples names other than family (boyfriend, girlfriend, lover, husband, wife, friend) and bvand names and symbols and they dont know how tattoos can affect your jobs and limit your future if you get them in the wrong place

You can get it at 16 at many places with consent.. so just wait til your sixteen. You might change your mind about what you want, anyways.

Actually getting a tattoo is a personal choice so no it wont ruin anyones life…

Have a legal guardian take you. Dont try to do it at home because it could cause HIV/AIDS. Try waiting the 3 years & think it over.
