camera is plugged into the computer but it wont work

okay so I plug my camera in right? yah well the box thing never pops up, so how am I supposed to upload pics.

and I’ve tried unpluggin it and then plugging it and turning the computer on and off but still nothing.

how does it work?

if you have a HP, then click the my computer icon on the desktop or in the startup menu THE VERY minute you plug up your camera. There should be a camera icon or if you click on the drive (ex:F, G, H, CD) it should come up. If you have a mac, then it should appear in your desktop.

installed the camera software from the disk which come with the camera.

connect the camera to the computer.

use the camera manual to connect the camera

the battery of the camera should be charged.

I always have to turn my camera on while its plugged in my computer for it to start to work other wise it just charges it try that and see what happen good luck…

no because I’ve ALWAYS uploaded them like this, but all of the sudden it’s decided not to work?!?!?!
