Hmm.. Well most donuts are pretty high in fat and calories.
I’m guessing the reason donuts are supposed to be one of those bad foods is because it has about 9g of fat in it, which is almost a third of what your total daily intake is supposed to be

lol. Donuts are great if you want to gain weight. Their deep fried dough with sugar. And in this case,iced chocolate. So… unheathy and gross.
