yep, filletofspam is on the right track check there feedback, also see what kind of negative feedback they have, if any also dont buy ones that have a brand new picture and start at like 99 cents use your commonsense try to go for a used item that someone has has but now doesnt need and is getting rid of look for pictures that are taken in there house or outside

Well, I’ve bought things such as books, videos, music CDs, playstation games and such off ebay. They were all delivered in good enough condition. Even though some of them were used items, they still work very well, even now. Also, according to the policy, the items for sale have to work. Otherwise they could get in trouble for selling faulty goods. If such a thing happens you need to send feedback to the seller, to tell them that you’re unhappy with the item.

Sure, look for sellers with a long history and lots of positive feedback.
