How much would buyers pay for a 2006 Compaq computer with Windows XP?

Nm…depending on the condition… around 500 US $.

Also depending on further specifications including type of processor, amount of hardrive space, RAM, whether it has a wifi system, etc.. A high end laptop can resale for as much as 1200$

If I were to erase EVERYTHING on my computer that has my identity or whatever on it, that would be a LOT of space. It just needs cleaning and upgrades,

then it should sell nicely…and yes, see if you can get an upgrade- Win7 maybe…and make sure you list the specs of the laptop when listing it..

That’s hard to say…it depends on where you live, the conditions it’s in, how much YOU paid for it, and if people in your area have money.

My guess would be around $500. Try looking on craigslist, or something like craigslist…and see how much other people are selling their desktops (that are similar, or the same as yours)…and then price yours about the same. :)

if its a desktop, yur not looking at a lot, especially since its already 4 years old and by that time, so many more things have been aded to computers, i would say quite a bit less than $500

That’s why I say it depends on where you live. If you live in a wealthy area, then someone may buy it for $500…if you live in a poor area, you wouldn’t get much for it.

youd have to pay me £20 in petrol to collect it…

a 2006 PC using XP, on ebay youd be lucky to get £50
