When you buy a hookah pipe/shisha on Amazon, do you have to sign for it when it arrives (read) ?

It says on their route paper whether to ID people or not, my father used to be a delivery guy & the only thing he’s ever ID’d people for is alcohol & animals. Ugh. :l
