burning cds on itunes

My uncle wants me to burn him a CD. I went on iTunes and bought the songs and put them on a playlist, I’ve put the CD in and when I go on itunes, select the playlist the songs are on, and click “Burn Disc” it says “Disc recording not found…”

What am I doing wrong? I’ve went to iTunes help, and I’ve done everything write for burning CDs

Well…you didn’t mention what operating system, version of Itunes or anything, so it’s really hard to answer.

However, from researching apple’s site, this should do the trick if you are running windows vista: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2615?viewlocale=en_US

if you are running windows XP: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2372

Please include more details, generally if it’s software, people will need your operating system, software version number(s), etc. Hope that helps!
