Burn Out!!!

I am studying this really tough course at university. It is my 3rd year now and I am struggling to keep up. So this basically results in me studying full day, untill about 11 at night most evenings, even weekends. (my day is from 6am-23pm, and most of that includes studying and preparing for class)

The problem is I feel like I am starting to burn out and would like to know if you guys have any advice for me. I can’t stop studying now…but I need to help find a way to relax and soon And it needs to fit with my schedule…cause I am starting to feel and look like a zombie and I just feel like crying and sleeping all the time…which I can’t do.

Take some time out for yourself. If you don’t you run a very real risk of burning out and no matter how much study you do, it wont get absorbed and you can’t do your best. Spend an hour or so at the beauticians, get a massage or a facial. I found getting a massage every now and again when I was studying to be fantastic, you just lie there and feel wonderful! Give yourself one night a week where you don’t study. Go out with friends or stay at home and curl up on the couch watching a movie. Don’t make yourself feel guilty for not studying, you can always do that tomorrow. Make sure you are getting at least 8 hours sleep a night, eat properly and look after yourself :)
