Bumps or pimples on balls

I have small bumps like pimples on my ball from 3 to 4year colours is white And are large no in quantity some are small and some are big as 2mm in size If I press them I fell no pain.before some time 1 of them blast and dirty blood came from that What they are I m so tenis abot them

I dont want to scare you but you probably have an STD. You should go to the doctor and get yourself checked.

you could email a picture to me if you want I can could examine it and get back to you, I have been doing excessive research on stds, but come to find out I really dont have any.. google molluscum if they resemble what you have then go to the doc. It is an std but they can be transmitted through body contact like wrestling or sharing boxers.. it can be removed, many people have them.. if they are real small it can be a pimple or zit you could get pimples anywhere if you work out a lot sweat opens up pores which can cause pimples…
