I saw a live performance of My Fair Lady. I saw one of Jeff Dunham's shows. I read The Greatest - Muhamad Ali's Autobiography Went caving in Wonderfontein Cave. Went hiking in a meteorite crater - The Tswaing Crater I got a degree in Accounting. I bought my first property - The mortgage bond was registered this morning :) I have stood at the bottom and top of the Tugela falls which is the second highest waterfall in the world.
And got much closer to doing some of the other things on my list. I have been getting fit to do some Rockclimbing next year. I might be doing some river rafting at the end of this year. I am going to hike the Fishriver canyon - the second biggest canyon in the world (seems SA has a lot of second best things...) Next year I will hopefully be one step closer to obtaining my final degree.
I dont have an "official" bucketlist, i have done things this year though that would have gone on one if i made one. I choose to be a stay at home instead of working outside of my home. I started decorating cakes out of my own home which is way more profitable and more enjoyable than working for someone. We threw my son a wonderul Mickey Mouse themed birthday party. I finally finished all of my terms of my past troubles and got to remove the breathalyzer from my car! We moved into a 3 bedroom house! The last would be, getting pregnant with our second child and having the little girl to complete our family.
I won a piano Eistedfodd I went to the Tugela falls, on my list to see one of the seven wonders of the world - they are on one of those lists :) I started learning my piano music off by heart - hopefully I'll complete my first goal in terms of that by December I am busy doing my honors and if all goes well I will complete that and pass my board exam the first time I'm busy completing my goal to read a 1000 books I saw Jeff Dunham's show the first time he came to South Africa, which I promised myself I will see.
I also did almost all the things you did :)
I never thought to have a bucket list. I would think if you do, it is only an opportunity to disappoint yourself. I tend to take life as it comes. That being said, I have done a number of things that would probably be on a list if I was to keep one.
I don't have a bucket list. There is nothing more important to me than "today".
