I use gold eyeshadow on my eyelids and lots of curling mascara. blue eyeshadow looks good, and so does black eyeliner. any colour would pretty much suit any eye color, it really depends on your style or what your wearing.
gold eye shadow,um, darker eye shadows like black because they’ll bring out your eyes, I know I have like brown almost black eyes and everytime I wear black or anything dark on my eyes they pop. and gold is just a fav of mine because it matched pretty much any eye colour.
