Are broad shoulders a good thing?

Yes. They make you look more proportioned, and if you stand up straight (which I don’t always do), they look strong. Now that I’m almost 50, the biggest problem I have is finding tops that are wide enough across the shoulders, but I have seen other women my age who have the narrower shoulders and they don’t look as healthy or good in clothes (I am not really old. 50 is a number. Ijust put a streak of royal blue in my hair to celebrate this amazing milestone. I just don’t want you to think you’re getting advice from some old fart who is 50. I may be an old fart, but I’m a cool old fart. Even my son says so…)
