Brittle hair!!! Help!

Well its been a long fun summer but . . . My hair is ruined!! Its so brittle and dry! I used aussie moist and it still didnt work!!! How can I give my hair a long drink and make it silky again? Are there any shampoos and conditioners that are good? Whenever I brush my haer it just rips and breakes! Whot should I do?!?

Leave your conditioner in longer than usual… Even though people shower with hot water.. it’s not that good for your hair.. try to use warm water instead.

Using heat like straighteners, blow dryers etc… will keep making your hair worse.. so try not to use them as much. If you do, use some kind of heat protectant FIRST to prevent burning the hair.

Also, try not to dye it, bc that is really bad for hair.. hahaa I learned the HARD way trust me! I finally stopped dying it & it’s just beginning to get healthy again!

Don’t wash it too much bc that will take away your natural oils. You can go to a salon and get a treatment too…

There’s this conditioner called “Aussie Three Minute Miracle” that I’m pretty sure you can get at a Target or something. if you put that in your hair BEFORE your shower & let it sit for about five minutes, then follow through with your regular showering routine - washing the conditioner out. that’s not what the directions on the bottle say, but I’ve found that this works better! good luck! hope it’s not too bad!

Don’t wash your hair for a day or so, it will get some of those natural oils in your hair. Or when you shower don’t shampoo just condition for a couple days (in less your gets really greasy.) If you have the money though you should try a hair mask they usually work. GOOD LUCK :)

deep condition or buy a hair mask. To condition just pour some conditionar in your hair and leave it for about 20minutes then wash it out

or you can try ojon hair mask 70$ or garnier $20 and follow those instructions hope I helped:)
