Hello,

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I did got to see my ENT doctor. He couldn’t figure out what’s wrong. Sometimes, I used salt water to rinse. It helps for a while. Then it comes back again. Any other suggestions. Thanks you’all.

Regards, Bill

I have the same problem sometimes as well. The thing is, I breath mostly from my mouth and not my nose. I can at times hear my own breathing, too. The best thing to do is exactly what sue90 said, go to the doctor. I have a nose spay that helps clear my nasel passage and helps with sinus problems because I have a sinus problem sometime as well lol. Good luck! ~Alanna

You should definitely seek your caretaker’s opinion and advice on this. Maybe see an ENT(Ears Nose Throat doctor)

Maybe there is something that they can prescribe to help the discomfort and get rid of it.

Dear billchow, I suggest seeing your doctor. If your hearing the sounds from your nose it could be a sinus problem. If you are hearing the noise from your chest it could be asthma or bronchitis. But seeing a doctor could clear this up for you in more ways than one; allowing you to breath easy. Sue…good luck

Dear billchow, I would suggest the next step an allergist. Sue…good luck
