I highly suggest u dont do tht but whatever paddles your ducks…

When you think about food, (or anything for that matter), it’sonly what u make it. If you think about maybe, spaghetti, u can either make that spaghetti seem so good in your mind and seriously want some, or u can make it sound gross and nasty. Just think about a time when u rlly dont want spaghetti and think abt how u feel abt it then. or think about it with something gross like sugar (some people like tht, i dont get it). after u havnt eaten for a while ull pass a hungry stage and u wont feel anything. but just make sure u do eat at some point…

Food is not the enemy. Eat healthy foods, exercise about a half hour each day, and stay healthy.

You can’t brainwash yourself to hate food. If you want to lose weight, start by limiting the amount of junk food and fast food that you eat.

Start eating smaller meals and eat more often. Eating smaller meals 6 times a day is better for you then eating 3 larger meals each day.

Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet and drink more water.
