Do braces affect your looks?

You will not be ugly. Forget about what he said. If you need them to straighten your teeth then just do it. The time that you have them will pass and his teeth could fall out someday who knows. Be confident and don’t let anything that anyone says trouble you.

They will effect your looks but it doesn’t mean in a bad way. I’ve had braces a year and really it hasn’t done anything aside from make me look younger haha I rock my metal mouth ;p I’ve seen some girls who look better with braces then without. If you rock them you’ll look great with them :)

I have braces my friend told me they make me look younger. I think some people it just dosent suit them n they look better without. But don’t worry most people now a days get braces it’s not a big deal. And I’m sure you will look fine with braces.

I had them and I got the ceramic braces put on my teeth cause I was afraid of the same thing. And people didn’t know i had braces for awhile!!!!! Ask your orth for the ceramic ones they cost I think maybe $200 more then the regular ones though, but it’s very hard to tell you have them on!!!!

. I honestly think modern braces look attractive, and certainly do not think they make a young teen look ugly. However, if you think that they make you look ugly it will show up as a lack of confidence and make your personality seem less attractive. . You should try to remain confident about your good looks and not let yourself feel self-conscious about doing something that will, in the long run, allow you to look even better. .

I love braces lol I think they’re adorable, tons of people look amazing with them! So don’t listen to what that guy said because he’s obviously an idiot if he has nothing better to do than to go around insulting people.

Yeah, lot’s of folks put others down because the are insecure and it makes them feel better, but it’s false hope for them and they have to keep doing it to others too. Find a way to talk to this guy, be tactful, and make him feel bad for not being as smart as you.

for several guys (me and some of my friends included) braces are a turn on lol dont worry like everyone up there ^ said its fine no worries!

That guy’s an idiot. I don’t think it has any impact on how a person looks really, unless they’re walking around with headgears, to which all I think is “that must suck”. Anyways braces are to help you and straighten your teeth an it would look even better afterwards! ignore the guy.

its not that bad you look the same just with stuff on your teeth but really its no big deal
