it different. like I hap an over bite and I wasnt such a big deal and I had mine fo bout 3 years then you get the retainer. just make sure that when they give you the rubberbands to put in wear them all the time or your gonna be stuck with braces for a longgg time!

It depends from person to person. I had a friend who had to wear hers for about 5 years. My brother had his off within 6 months.

It also depends on what age you get the braces, the older you are, generally the shorter you’ll have to wear them,the reason is because you’re jawline and teeth are still growing/developing in your teens.

Depends… some kiddos are lucky enough to be rid of them in a year and a half. I had mine on for 3. It’s something you just get used to, but it’s really different for everybody. Your orthodontist should be able to give you a rough estimate of how long it should take when you go in and have them put on. :)

You’ve only got to straighten one jaw line, so not much more, if at all, than one year.
