Boyfriend who's driving me crazy

Ok my boyfriend when we first started to go out he said he liked me bc im not clingy and I give him his space, well the other day he’s like how come you can’t act like the other girls and be with me all the time. I have a job, I watch me little brother, and I have a pre advance journalism class I have to do everyday before I have to go back to school. I dont have time. I talk to him everyday and see him like everyother day. His bestfriend who’s also my bestfriend sent me a text this morning saying he’s thinking about breaking up with me. Should I break up with him or should I talk to him about it first? normaly I could deal with this easily, but I really like him. He is 2 years older… Maybe it is time to move on…

I agree with you. I love to see relationships work out, but it sounds to me like you both got into this relationship with very different expectations (or at least, your expectations USED to be the same, but over the months, his have changed and yours haven’t). The reality is that people change, their needs change, and what they want out of a relationship changes.

But I think this is one of those situations where you already know whats going to happen and you’re looking for confirmation from us, not necessarily advice, right? Your boyfriend has already stepped halfway out the door, and you’re mentally right behind him. If you follow through and end things now, before they get too bitter and angry and resentful, you have a good chance of keeping someone in your life that you care about as a friend while your heart becomes free to find someone else better suited.

You said it. If he can’t understand that you can’t give him all you attention due to important things that he should understand. Your just wasting your time. You deserve someone a whole lot better. Plus, he shouldn’t be telling things to ya’ll bestfriend. He should be telling you about ya’ll problems. You should move on… Find someone who understands and who isn’t selfish Good Luck =)
