Boyfriend's 23rd birthday gift ideas?

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost four years. I know that by now I should have an idea of what to get him, but honestly I don’t. After so many years together you tend to run out of creative ideas. I know what he likes (music, video games, tv, etc). I’ve looked up various gifts ideas online but they’re not very helpful. The suggestions are either overly expensive (I can’t spend more than $80 at the moment), or they’re cheesy and kinda stupid (flowers? Gift cards?… Um, yea, he’s not really into that.)

My boyfriend is really into music (playing and listening)… I can’t exactly go out and buy him a brand new guitar or drumset, that’s just way too expensive. Ipod is out of the question since he already has one! Some other ideas I’ve found are digital cameras and such gadgets… He already has that too! I already bought him tv shows he likes and video games last year, I don’t want to repeat myself every year.

I did ask him what he wants; his response: you know what I like… Music, video games, etc. As if I didn’t already know.

Basically I’m out of ideas. Anyone have any really good, unique but not expensive suggestions?
