I've been with my boyfriend for near on 2 years and were very much in love. we had an easy life living at home going to college and having jobs, even living down the road from each other. but now he has moved away and so have I. im at a college I dont much enjoy. I just keep comparing it to the old college and thinking is this it? it makes me doubt my choice of career. hes also at college doing what he loves but he keeps saying he wants to come home because hes so far away from family and loved ones. I've now got a new job to help me earn money so I can see him more where he lives, but the job, although giving me money, leaves me with no spare time to travel!!! we miss each other so much and dont want to let each other go. I thought about giving it all up and living with him. were both nearly 19 but im so confused. what should I do? how do we make this work?
Im a strong believer that if you really love someone with all your heart, then anything is possible.
Its not a matter of how... but a matter of commitment. If you both are willing to see eachother less and deal with a long distance relationship, then go for it. But know that it will take awhile of adjusting to, and will take trust on both sides.
It takes two loving people to make a relationship work. If you both are having doubts about it working, then maybe this is just not your time to be together!
