How to tell if a boy likes me?

I thought this guy in my English and Phy. Science class liked me. He was always so nice, I mean he’s an all around nice guy to everyone. We hit a bump, because of a rumour spread around saying I said a negative about him. That bump has been cleared and we’re back on the same terms we were before, like nada had even happen.

Anyway, whenever we hug he holds on a little longer than he does to anyone else. He also squeezes me tighter than anyone else. Today, since it was the last day before break. We were watching Madagascar the newest one. I was laughing, I was the main one laughing at all the silly things. He kept glancing at me, but whenever I turned my head to meet his eyes he always turned his head back to the screen. Sometimes when I laughed, and he didn’t think I could see him, I saw him glance at me, then try to brush it off, by playing his hair [major tease].

He’s always smiling at me, not like he sits there and smiles but like…I don’t know but whenever I call his name his eyes just widen and a grin/smirk appears on his face. Today, my friend and I were eating lunch, I told her I might be getting feels for him again. She aww’d and I said this isn’t an aww situation. She said ‘I know who he likes’. My other friend, Nicki and I begged Maribele to tell us. She made me swear on just about every breathing, moving, living thing, and a pinky promise. She showed me her wrist, which had the girl’s name.

My heart didn’t quite sank…but it did feel slightly heavy. My reaction was more of a lie like ‘oh aww makes heart with fingers‘. I glanced over and saw how close he was to her, and felt my heart get even heavier. I didn’t think he’d like her, because they went out and broke up before, and she made him so angry he cried just the week before this week.

I wrote in his writing journal in english it was something rather silly, but he looked at it, smiled, laughed, and added something to it.

Then there’s Victor…we ride the bus together, sometimes I see him in the hallway. I highly think he likes me but. He makes serious eye contact, listens when I say something though he always makes fun of me because I have selective hearing and I usually turn it into something dirty xD…but he insults me a lot, though he says he’s just kidding it’s rather annoying. :p we haven’t spoken in a few days because of the mini argument he had with my best bud Alexa. He’s quite sensitive.

So what’s the deal with these guys? Do they like me or not?
