What should I do about this boy?

First of all, sorry but this could be a long question. We’re pretty good friends and he fancies me, he’s admitted it and he says he’s fancied me since some time last year. I’m 14, he’s 14 and he’s in all my classes except maths and P.E. He’s the nicest and most genuine guy I know, We both live very near each other and he tells me I’m pretty as well as complimenting me a lot and making me feel happy and that he doesn’t think anyone’sliked me as much as he does. I don’t know if I want to go out with him though. I can tell it hurts him if I say I don’t want to hang out with him that day but I can’t do everything he wants, and thankfully he understands that. He said he’s going to give me time and he doesn’t want to rush me.

He says really sweet things such as: “firstly if i’d go out with you i’d NEVER dump you it’d have to be you who dumps me second i really WOULDN’T be happy about it and i finally get someone as good as you i’d try to keep you as long as i can and in fact i will.” So I asked him about if he was to find something he didn’t like in me so he replied: “if i didn’t find it already then it’s something that i can easily ignore” If he thinks he’s upset me or made me annoyed (which he doesn’t) he gets apologetic and is determined to cheer me up. He wants to spend time with me which is nice and he’s not very full on, we have loads of laughs… I love his personality. I look forward to when he logs on and when I see him at school. I can’t think of much else to say at the moment but I’ll probably think of more things later :L . What do you think? :/

There may be a problem if he uses the word fancie, toward u . :) I’m joking maybe he’s shy and he likes u and maybe u might have to make the first move.

Snatch him up….he sounds like a great guy. Espcially since you laugh so easily together….that’s a good sign.

Well, it sounds exactly like what i’m going through now, this guy says he really likes me, even loves me, but i don’t know whether i want to go out with him or not, hes very lovely, funny, nice, all the things the guy you’re talking about is like, but im wondering, why is it that you don’t want to be with him? because i dont know why i dont want to be with this guy, im just a tad scared.

and i think, its up to you whether you date, so maybe just hold back and thing about it, a little more time can’t hurt?

Same. Maybe we just want to wait a bit more? I think I don’t like him ENOUGH to go out with him but I really do love his personality. THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS :)

ok :) I think that I’m just gonna get more used to him in school and stuff then hang out away from school a bit more as well. He’s asking me to hang out right now but I have science revision and I don’t feel well :( :L Good luck :)
