Why do my bones make noises?

Whenever I stretch, or move certain ways, my bones make popping noises.

SO while I’m sitting there going “wtf” , others laugh at my pops…. what the toaster struddle is wrong with me? Please? XD

Answer #1

i think somebody said that those popping noises are little air pockets releasing air when we stretch or something along those lines

Answer #2

That noise is the air between your joints escaping really fast. By the small information you’ve given, I’m guessing that this noise is similar to that of when somebody “cracks” their knuckles? Its just air escaping, I wouldn’t worry about it too much, unless there’s pain when it happens. :)
