Blood tests in pregnancy

I had a blood test done 3 days after I had unprotected sex It came back negative. I’ve been having nausea, im tired a lot, lower back aches, no period yet and I was just wondering if those results could have been wrong. Was it too early to take the blood test? Can someone please help me? Pleaseee???

3 days after would have been really soon so I think you should go again for a second opinion now that its been longer. If you’ve missed your period than a store bought test would be accurate as well.
