What's the best way to put highlights in your hair?

Hi I have changed my mind for the millionth time about going all blonde I think … but I am still going to do the top of my hair blonde (dark underneath) does anyone no a hair dye that will go straight to blonde and not go ginger because I am going to do it myself I have done it lots time myself but I wanted to try a lighter blonde like platinum blonde??? And what will be the best way putting lots of highlights in or doing all the top part blonde???

I think the best way to get highlights is to get them done at a salon! [: thats my way hope this helps!!!

If you have naturally dark hair there is no hair dye that can just dye your hair to platnum blonde. You can bleach your hair but that is to complicated and you may not get the results you want if you do it at home and you can really damage your hair (trust ive been there). So my advise to you is to stop dying your hair and trying to turn it blonde and go to a salon to get it done..they know what to do. Well Good Luck!
