Blond to black.

My hair is naturally blond (yeah it doesn’t look blonde in pictures but it is) and I want to dye it black. I’m pale as well so I think it would look great. How can I persuade my parents? They’re only argument is “What blonde girl would want to do that? You’ll never get that colour back!” And honestly I don’t care! I just want to dye it black. How can I persuade them.

I’ve never done anything with my hair, but as far as I know, dying your hair black wont keep it from growing back in its natural color. if that is the only reason your parents dont want you to dye your hair, then I say go for it…besides, dark hair looks good on lighter color skin tones :)

I agree with your parents lol. I think hair dyed black is usually very ugly and noticeable. But if you’re trying to persuade them then you’re going to have to find an arguement that disproves their point of view or make a point that just straight overpowers theirs. I.e. being your own person and taking responsibility for my actions. Begging is never the answer.
