I named my black cat Nova (as in a supernova in space), but you don’t have to focus on the colour … I have others cats named Sakura, Marsala, Dobie, Mojo, Echo, Oreo, and Button.

in my life i have know over 10 black cats and not one was named snowball

Brown sugar or Katherine, Betty, Suzanne, Debbie. ( My dogs have dog names, but I’ve noticed people naming their pets people names and I think it’s kinda cool. I know of a dog named Bob and another one named Stanley. I might try it sometime for my next dog cause these two labs are really old and may not be around much longer)
