Is it possible to go from black hair to blonde?

yeah it can… but u might have to keep on dying it over and over just as u did with dting ur hair with the dark colors…just do this for a while and then maybe ur blond looking hair will come out.

Thats drastic!! It can definitely be done, but let a professional do it!

Hi I am in the process of doing this and its working awesomely. I have the same situation, naturally blonde/brown hair and have been dying it from the same age. This is what I did and my hairs looking sweet. I let it grow for about 2 months and while doing that I used a washout colour so it didnt look crap. when its grown out about 4-6cm go out and buy bleach powder and 6% peroxide. I left dark under my hair though. put the bleach over all the hair and leave for 30mins and wash out. the roots will go a nice blonde straight away. I put a treament through and washed then dried and did the ends again. the ends will take 3 or so more times to dye but I did it over 2 weeks and my hairs a perfect blonde now. the ends will go from an red/orangey blonde to light orange/yellow then to yellow blonde then after that it will be great. they say to wait a week or more between colouring but I just waited 2-3 days and used intense conditioners/treatments.I didnt even spend more than 50 to do all of this. make sure you use a toner and just put it in the ends. Hope it works out for you if your gonna go ahead with it =D dont listen to everything people say about bleaching, just do what works for you! oh and when you get regrowth wait till its about 1cm or you’ll get a colour band in your hair

It can definatley be done… my hair was naturally raven black, and I went to a platinum blonde. But let a professional do it, and make sure that they don’t damage your hair.

it may be possible, but its not an easy thing to do since you went from a naturally lighter color to something substantially darker. you’ll get the best natural looking results from bleaching/stripping the black dye from your hair. you’ll actually want to go through a salon and have a color specialist do it for you.
