Who do you go to to get tests done for mental diseases like bipolar? can you go to your regular doctor or a therapist?

bones86- I know that and I did say it was an a sorta gest-imate. I’m just saying if she’s sat looking at the screen thinking “yes that sounds like me” then she probably is Bi-polar. And I did tell her to go and see a proffesional in the Fmail I sent her :)

your dr. has to order the tests and they will send you to a psycholagest. I just went threw this.

There is actually a test you can do on a bi-polar web site that can give an estimated conclusion from a questionnaire. Sounds rather silly but if you are thinking “yes these sound like things I do” and the result says you are then go and see a doctor and ask him to refer you to a psychologist or counselor. I told you that in Fmail.
