No it is one of the quadriceps (thigh) muscles- the vastus medialis if I remember correctly…

but if you think about it, your heart beats on average 72 bpm, imagine any other muscle trying to do that much exercise every second of the day, for your whole life? thats 259200 times in an hour, have you ever tried doing that many weights with your quads..
