1. yes at 19 your breasts have probably finnished growing and wont grow anymore through pouberty because you are done going through that

2. no I have never heard of that and I would’nt advise you try anything you read on the internet that promises bigger breasts,as these are almost always scams

3. you shouldnt take birth controil just for that. and yes, not all women expirience the side effect of an added cup size. birth control comes with side effects and certain people and people who smoke cant take it, so youll need to discuss your options with your doctor so he/she can determine which birth control if any is right for you

4.apart from that the ONLY things that makes your breasts bigger are surgery which usually makes them look fake and hard gaining a lot of weight all over your body which can make you unhealthy and pregnancy which will only temporarily make them big and also make them sag/droop more no pills, creams, exercise, foods and other crap works to make them temporarily bigger use padded bras and push-up bras

Dont worry about it,, be proud of your brest size

Just to add that many men don’t actually care about breast size, some guys find small breasts sexy (like me)
