I would say make your body bigger so your face looks smaller. Put on weight.

useually how it works. my girlfriend has slavik cheeks, and I have a large jaw bone with a bum chin because im Russian/german. so I say you really cant do annything about it ll just genetics.
sometimes your hair cut has something to do with making your head looking bigger
well it depends on why its big if its your bones, you can only work with what you have if its just chubiness, lose weight
