Big "butted" guy

Hi, I’m a guy thats 6’3 and only weigh 145 pounds. I am very lean, skinny and not very muscular. My only problem is that I have a huge freakin butt. I want to gain muscle all around my body and I cant afford to lose too much weight cause I’m so skinny already. I’m going to be lifting a lot, but I’m not sure if should just work out on my thighs and legs to lose weight or should I also do cardio and diet?

Will workingout on my legs help me lose weight from my freakin butt or should I go on a diet and risk getting even skinnier?

any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I don’t know, but don’t diet. You will get skinnier, guaranteed, and your butt will not get any smaller. Just work your legs out and find some exercises for the butt area (google it) and although it won’t get much smaller, it will get tighter, which, may I remind you, is HOT. Not to mention girls love a guy with muscle.

don’t diet, but DO cardio. If you’re doing cardio and strength training your body should proportion itself. (strength training without cardio is never a good idea) hope this helps -socalfitnesstrainer
