Bible verse?

^Yes it says that in the bible…But I’ve had my ears pierced since I was a baby…But I was referin more to tats…I was thinkn about gettin a tat so I thought I’d read up 0n this first…well thanks for the feedback every0ne

So what yall saying is that you can get your ears only pierced.

Those scriptures were in the Old Test. and they seperated Gods people from the heathen.

It is fairly well accepted in the society in which we live, and has nothing to do with your salvation, and everything to do with your preferences, and also, in whose company you plan to be.

Tats and piercings may seem cool to some but many later regret getting them as they get older. Remember that battle ship on your bicep may look like a sinking dingy when you age! God will still accept anyone with piercings and tats but some places of worship would like certain tats to be covered and piercings removed. Others could care less. Tats and piercings, done improperly, can cause blood-borne diseases such as HIV.

Found in the 10 commandments in the book of Exodus. The verse is basically saying not to have tattoo’s, piercings, no kind of markings period. You should treat your body like a temple and dont vandalize it. I personally think it takes away from your original image. I mean yeah females get their ears pierced but piercings other than that in other places just doesnt look right(My Opinion). And tats are something you can wind up regreting, and all these things will lead to scars if you have them removed, and it just doesnt look right.

I ggot a scripture that tells you straight up… Leviticu 19:28 “And YOU must not make cuts in YOUR flesh for a deceased soul, and YOU must not put tattoo marking upon yourselves. I am Jehovah.”then verse 37 say “ So YOU must keep all my statutes and all my judicial decisions, and YOU must do them. I am Jehovah.’”

so itspretty loud and clear there…thats one of gods judicial decisons , therefore its law…anthing that comes out of his mouth is law he clearly doesnt want this on us… Leviticus 18:24 “Do not make yourselves unclean by any of these things, because by all these things the nations whom I am sending out from before YOU have made themselves unclean… he views theses things as unclean therfore we must avoid it …that we may be clean under gods standards…who is the 1 that sets the standards…hop I helped
