How can I help my bff realize that she has a wonderful life and is beautiful?

I have and had this same problem with my bestfriend , she says she hates her life and at times ive said that im shure everyone has at one point and time. You just have to tell her your there for no matter what! Tell her shes pretty and its sad she doesnt realize it! When my friend says stuff like that we joke around and be like " cmon you know your prettier than that nasty hoe “ :D You could think of something like that to cheer her up , if yall play around like that!. But , there is alot of girls who dont think they are pretty because of other girls and because guys ignore them and go to girls that will well you know. You just have to be there for her , tell her that life isnt easy at all you just have to take stuff day by day but , that you are always there for her.

Tell her why she is your bff and if you want her to think of it dont pause in between the things you tell her say it slowly and dramaticly voice

She is just going trough a phrase. You can’t change her way of thinking, or MAKE her think something else. All you can do is be there for her tell her your opinions about what you think of her and let the rest heal with time.

You cannot. There is a saying that goes “The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence”. People just too busy looking at other people lawns that they dont realise that they have a nice lawn themselves and other people looking at it too.

Do something small but states a big message. Like write it on a sticky note saying “You’re beautiful” or “I love having you in my life” and stick it on her locker or somewhere she will find it. (:
