bestfriend's brother?

So me and my best friend have known each other since we where 3 and me and her brother have never really talked but about a month ago we started talking and he asked me to go to some party’s with him but i say no every time because I don’t want to do something i would regret I’m going to her house this weekend but I don’t want him to try to talk to me how could I aviod him?

I think you should just politely decline his invitations and tell him that you’re not into parties. He will stop trying to ask you if you tell him that you aren’t interested in any parties.

Oh haha okay. Umm just say you’re not interested? Or you could go with him if you wanted… Doesn’t mean you have to do anything you’ll “regret” with him.

I don’t understand the “regret” part. If you are not interested, just tell him directly “not interested”. Don’t make up excuses On the other hand, if you are interested in him, just do it. I don’t see what’s stopping you.
