Best waterproof mascara?

Best brand of waterproof mascara? that will lengthen AND thicken lashes without running???

I must have been in the bathroom when they were handing hair, boobs and eyelashes out in Heaven, so I’ve had to experiment, because I have kind of short whimpy lashes. My favorite is Maybelline Intense Volume XXL microfiber mascara. You put the white (mitcrofiber) side on your lashes first to really bring out every lash, and then put the mascara on. The two are connected in one unit, so you don’t have to hunt for 2 tubes. I have really sensative eyes and Maybelline is the only brand that hasn’t bothered me. Also, this XXL stuff really lasts and my lashes do look a lot thicker and longer and I will use it again.

I use Cover Girl professional waterproof mascara. I’ve also used Maybelline illegal lengths. They both work really well.
