I’ve got a problem with boys. Ill tell yo u, and tell me if you think he likes me :/

Theres this boy in my form, and in the summer I was having a hard time because this boy I adored and was goi out with dumped me. and I couldnt even breath for months because I was heartbroken. But then this boy ( his name was andrew) txt me. and I fort he was really nice. So in the end we were best friends. And hes still helping me get over this other boy. But since we’ve been best friends, Everyones been sayin he fancys me. I’ve asked him out before and he said no because he didnt want to ruin what we had and stuff, but he treats me different to all the others, and all the girls are jelous Also, when he stands next to me, he stands really close, and this girl that ISNT jelous pointed it out. And he always lets me borow his phone, and buys me presents on every special occasion, and lets me get my own way all the time??
