Exercises to tighten lower abs, and do belly piercings bleed?

I thought you were suppossed to you use unscented soap. doesnt poroxide dry it out? and did you get it at a doctor or like a tattoo parlor?

use anibacterial soap to clean it like 3 times a day! if you go swimming clean it right after. mine didnt bleed right after but I got in the car like 10 min. later and I lifted up my shirt and it was bleeding for a lil bit it wasnt bad. just have like a kleenex or sumthin by you. and it doesn’t hurt at all it’s just a little pinch.

mine didnt bleed atal after I got it done. try not to touch it unless youu have literally just washed your hands. think of it as an open wound you wouldnt want to put dirt right into it! make sure you wash it with some antibacterial soap and if it does get a little infected put a dab of germaleane or savlon on with some cotton wool and it should clear it up. try not to twiddle it even if it is temptingg.. p.s it doesnt realy hurt just make sure you dont look if your not keen on needles and that you eat before youve got it done, I fainted.

lay on your back on the floor and pull your knees into your chest until your butt is slightly off the floor thwn go back down slowly, do that a few times…they dont hurt when you get them done. they do get infected easly, but you just have to keep them clean with poroxide like twice a day, thats what I did. no they dont bleed all the time unless you constantly play with it when it first gets done.
