Belly button piercing

I’ve been where you are and I actually got mine pierced when I was 13 years old. It’s a short and simple task that is not likely to harm you in any way unless you don’t take care if it for the first few weeks after it’s been pierced. Just clean it regularly and you’ll be fine.

I don´t think your too young, just to answer your question. But there are dangers to it if you pierce yourself and not a professional.

Because if you do it yourself then there´s a high risk of it getting infected. And if the infection get´s really bad, then it can make you sterile.

So if you get one, let a professional do it. I know sooo many girls who have done it their self and ended up with huge infections.

I dont think yur 2 young,I got mine done a few wks ago,u have to make sure you clean around the piercing twice a day and clean around the bar,if you dont the hole will go septic and pus oozes out of the wound and you will have to take it out,the person who does the piercing shud give you an antiseptic cleaner especially for piercings to clean it with,and you cant remove the belly button ring untill 6 months

I’m only just 14, and I have been dead set on it since I was 12, but my parents still won’t let me. You can get it done, and if you follow the aftercare instructions, everything will be fine :)

No your not to young. I got my belly button pierced twice when I was 13. both times it rejected, meaning the skinn got smaller and smaller and eventually tured into a scab and fell out. Just because of my skin. some people can and some cant.
