Who believes confidence is better than pride?

pride makes someone’s head big but confidence is just showing you believe in things you know are right, right?

yes confidence is just feeling good about urself and loving urself its a good thing. pride can make u do stupid things. like gettin in fights.

I agree. Confidence is better. It means you feel good about how you look and feel no matter what anyone else’s opinion is. Pride on the other hand can go to your head and can cause you to look down on other people.

I feel that are related pride in things you have done builds confidence, confidence to do something that might take work or is out of your comfort zone builds pride.

I think confidence is better than pride because i think to have pride you have to first have confidence in yourself and your abilities

Apples and oranges. Chris hinted at the difference: Healthy pride is pride in what you have done in the past, which helps build confidence about what you can do in the future. Both good. (Unhealthy pride is not in what you’ve accomplished, but in what you’ve been blessed with by G!d or fortune.)
